How do downloads work?+
After purchase, downloads are available instantly from your account, and a link is also emailed to you. Files remain available for the lifetime of your account.
What license do I get with a purchase?+
Most products include a standard license for personal and commercial use in your own projects. Extended licenses (for resale, templates, or large-distribution products) are listed on the product page when applicable.
What is your refund policy?+
Because digital downloads can't be returned, refunds are handled case-by-case within 30 days. If a product isn't as described or you have a technical issue, contact support and we'll make it right.
How do I contact a creator?+
Every product page has a 'Message creator' button. Creators typically respond within 48 hours.
How do I become a creator?+
Apply on the Sell page. Applications are reviewed by a human within 48 hours.
