By using TheDigiHubs you agree to these terms. They cover account use, purchases, licensing, refunds and creator obligations.

1. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for any activity on your account.

2. Purchases & licenses

Every product is sold under the license shown on its product page. You may not resell, redistribute or use products outside the granted license.

3. Refunds

Digital downloads aren't returnable. We handle refund requests case-by-case within 30 days of purchase.

4. Creator obligations

Creators warrant that they own the work they list and that their products don't infringe third-party rights.

5. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes are announced by email.
