Terms of service

Effective 1 January 2026. By creating an account or using TheDigiHubs you agree to these terms.

1. The service

TheDigiHubs ("we", "us") provides a digital procurement platform that enables buyers to publish RFQs and receive ranked quotations from suppliers, with AI-assisted matching, evaluation, and contract drafting (the "Service").

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older and authorised to act for your organisation. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@thedigihubs.com.

3. Acceptable use

  • No fraud, misrepresentation, or circumvention of procurement processes.
  • No scraping, reverse engineering, or load testing without prior written consent.
  • No content that infringes IP, violates sanctions, or breaches export controls.
  • No abuse of other users, suppliers, or our staff.

4. Buyer / supplier relationship

TheDigiHubs is a software platform. Contracts formed between buyers and suppliers are between those parties. We are not a party to those contracts and make no warranty about supplier performance, quality, or capability.

5. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, in the currency stated at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes are added where applicable.

6. Intellectual property

We own the Platform and all related software, branding, and documentation. You own the data you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host and process it as needed to provide the Service.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same care it uses for its own confidential information, and at minimum with reasonable care.

8. Warranty disclaimer

Except as expressly stated, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the event.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days. You may cancel a paid plan at any time effective at the end of the current term.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, except where mandatory consumer rules apply.

12. Changes

We post material updates here and notify account holders by email at least 30 days in advance.
